1. General Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and JILI56 PH ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the JILI56 PH website and all related gaming services available at jili56ph.net and its associated subdomains and mobile applications.
JILI56 PH is operated under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is legally authorised to offer online gaming services to qualifying residents of the Philippines. Nothing in these Terms constitutes an invitation to participate in gaming in any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
These Terms should be read together with the JILI56 PH Privacy Policy and any additional game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotion terms published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.
JILI56 PH reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To register and maintain an account at JILI56 PH, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

- You must be a resident of or physically located in the Philippines at the time of play.

3. Account Registration and Security

The existence of multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 3.1 Accurate Registration Information
You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. This includes your legal name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued ID, a working mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and is grounds for immediate account termination.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. JILI56 PH will never ask for your password via chat, email, or phone. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, contact JILI56 PH support immediately via Live Chat.
3.3 Account Suspension and Closure
JILI56 PH reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been violated, that fraudulent activity has occurred, or that the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.
4. Deposits
All deposits at JILI56 PH are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP ₱). The platform supports the following deposit channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.
- The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for most payment channels.
- Deposits are credited to your JILI56 PH wallet as soon as the payment processor confirms receipt — typically within 60 seconds for GCash and Maya.
- Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay or PESONet may take up to 30 minutes during off-peak banking hours.
- JILI56 PH does not accept third-party deposits. The name on your payment account must match the name registered on your JILI56 PH account.
- Any deposit made from a payment account that does not belong to the registered player will be reversed and may trigger an account review.
- JILI56 PH does not charge deposit fees. Any fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility.
Note for GCash users: GCash imposes daily transfer limits. If a deposit appears to fail due to a limit issue, contact GCash customer service directly. Do not attempt the same transaction multiple times, as this may result in duplicate charges pending resolution.
5. Withdrawals
Withdrawals at JILI56 PH are paid out to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, or to an account in the registered player's name where permitted by the channel. All withdrawals are in Philippine pesos (PHP ₱).
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
- Standard withdrawals to GCash or Maya are processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours.
- Bank transfer withdrawals (BDO, BPI, UnionBank via InstaPay or PESONet) typically process within 30 to 60 minutes on banking days.
- Larger withdrawal amounts — generally above ₱50,000 — may be subject to additional identity verification before processing. JILI56 PH will contact you if this applies.
- Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once submitted and confirmed. Ensure all account and payment details are correct before confirming.
- JILI56 PH does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to payment provider delays outside our control.
Active bonus balances may restrict withdrawals until applicable wagering requirements are met. The specific withdrawal restrictions attached to each bonus are published in the individual bonus terms available on the Promotions page. Players may choose to forfeit an active bonus — which will remove the bonus balance and any associated winnings — in order to withdraw their real-money balance unrestricted. This action is irreversible.
6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:
6.1 Eligibility
Bonuses at JILI56 PH are available to eligible registered players only. Each promotion specifies its eligibility criteria, which may include deposit minimums, game restrictions, geographic restrictions, and account standing requirements. Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
6.2 Wagering Requirements

6.4 Expiry
All bonuses at JILI56 PH are subject to an expiry period, which is stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus balances and associated free spins that expire unused are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated.
7. Game Rules, RNG, and Technical Issues
All games offered on the JILI56 PH platform operate using Random Number Generator (RNG) software that is independently certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. The RNG produces statistically random outcomes for every game event, independently of previous outcomes, player identity, bet size, or session history.

8. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited at JILI56 PH and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
- Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in creating multiple accounts.
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or any subsequent verification process.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with games or the platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker, card games, or any other player-versus-player format.
- Attempting to exploit, reverse-engineer, or circumvent any game mechanic, bonus structure, or security system operated by JILI56 PH.
- Engaging in money laundering, match-fixing, or any other illegal activity using the JILI56 PH platform as a vehicle.
- Allowing a minor (under 21 years of age) to access or use your JILI56 PH account.
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing JILI56 PH support staff or other players via any communication channel.
- Charging back legitimate deposits made to the JILI56 PH platform through your bank or payment provider without prior notice and resolution through official support channels.
JILI56 PH reserves the right to take any combination of the following actions against accounts found in breach of this section: immediate suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances (bonus and real money), legal action where applicable, and reporting to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, JILI56 PH's total liability to any player for any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to their JILI56 PH account in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
JILI56 PH shall not be liable for:
- Loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the JILI56 PH platform.
- Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, server outages, or events beyond our reasonable control.
- Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
- Losses arising from delays or errors caused by third-party payment processors.
- Decisions made by players based on any non-binding information, strategy content, or promotional materials published on the platform.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Philippine consumer protection or gaming regulation law.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the JILI56 PH platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact JILI56 PH through official support channels to allow us the opportunity to resolve the matter directly. JILI56 PH commits to responding to formal disputes within 5 business days and to making good-faith efforts toward resolution. Disputes relating to PAGCOR licensing compliance may also be submitted to PAGCOR directly.
